The Department of Defense is facing various challenges as it undertakes three major efforts: Consolidate Infrastructure, Streamline Processes and Strengthen the Workforce. The Department is heavily dependent on the federal budget and actions will be required as these budgets decrease. The Department will be looking at various avenues to reduce costs and still maintain the effectiveness required to ensure the security of our Nation.
KPS understands these challenges and is working with the various Department organizations to assist them in meeting the goals set-forth by the leadership. We are working with the organizations to bring best practices to the Department. These include but are not limited to As a Service solutions, Cloud solutions, and the streamlining of industry best practices and acclimating them to the Department.
