Chief Executive Officer
Since the formation of Knight Point Systems, Bob Eisiminger has served as the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for all company operations and setting KPS’ strategic direction. Mr. Eisiminger knows that the success of KPS is due to the individuals that serve the customers on the front lines and to that point he has a strong focus on a building and maintaining a company culture that allows individuals the ability to perform their best in service of the customer. With over 25 years of professional experience, Mr. Eisiminger has held a variety of positions in numerous industries. Prior to forming KPS, Mr. Eisiminger was in the healthcare industry in various sales management and leadership development positions where he earned top sales honors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team™, the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund and the Josh Norman Starz24 Foundation. He earned his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1988 and served as an Air Defense Artillery Officer.

President and Chief Operating Officer
As a founding member of Knight Point Systems, Doug Duenkel currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Duenkel manages the daily operations of the company, focusing on Business Development and Service Delivery. In over 25 years of delivering mission-critical solutions to the Federal Government, Mr. Duenkel has established a track record of overachievement. He began his career at Oracle Corporation, focusing on Intelligence agencies and the Department of Defense. Mr. Duenkel was Vice President of Sales for Egenera, Inc., Director of Public Sector for BladeLogic, and ran Federal Sales for GeoTel Communications subsequently bought by Cisco. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia with dual concentrations in Marketing and Management and a Minor in Religious Studies. He was a scholarship football player whose teams went to four bowl games and won an ACC Championship.  Mr. Duenkel is also the President of Compassion In Actions, a faith based non-profit meant to support the spiritually and economically depressed.

Chief Technology Officer
Dan Duenkel is a founding member of Knight Point Systems and serves as the Chief Technology Officer.  Mr. Duenkel is responsible for defining KPS’ Cloud offerings that include on premises ‘as a Service’ strategies as well as off premises private cloud environments and developing new tools that differentiate KPS from other companies.  He oversees KPS’ IT Strategy and stays informed of new technologies to keep KPS on the leading edge of Cloud and ‘as a Service’ providers.  Mr. Duenkel is also responsible for the oversight and management of the DISA Capacity Services contract, a $902M Communications aaS contract.

Director of Strategic Relationships
As a founding member of Knight Point Systems, Justin Kuzemka currently serves as Strategic Relationship Director and has lead the Business Development strategy since 2005 fostering enduring relationships with both customers and partners. Mr. Kuzemka is the champion of KPS’ culture and values, and works to instill them across the company’s portfolio of projects. Prior to KPS, Mr. Kuzemka served in various roles providing hardware and software solutions to both commercial and federal customers. Mr. Kuzemka also served in senior sales management positions at IE-Engine, Cisco, GeoTel, and Parametric Technology Corporation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, where he was also a 3-year starter on Clarion’s nationally ranked Division-1 wrestling team.

Eileen Schittino
Chief Innovation Officer
Eileen Schittino started with Knight Point Systems in 2009 and currently serves as KPS’s Chief Innovation Officer. In this role, she oversees product and solution development, with a focus on fostering a culture of innovation that defines how KPS does business. Ms. Schittino believes in identifying different and novel ways to unlock value from existing systems or creating new value through the development of wholly new and novel technologies and systems. Ms. Schittino oversees KPS Horizon Program as well as the KPS systems and engineering teams. Ms. Schittino has over 20 years of professional experience, including 15 years dedicated to the federal government, and over 10 years as an agile specialist. She  earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and her Masters of Arts from University of Massachusetts.

Scott Goss
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Goss has over twenty-five years of financial experience and oversees and supports all aspects of finance and accounting for KPS and plays a key role in the financial decision-making for the organization to improve and maintain the financial health of the company. Mr. Goss is the former President and CEO of Preferred Systems Solutions (PSS), where he led all facets of the PSS organization and set the strategic direction of the company.  Mr. Goss’ reputation within the National Capital Area as an outstanding Information Technology manager led CM Equity Partners to seek his expertise when they acquired PSS in 2007. Prior to joining PSS, Mr. Goss was a consultant to various companies ranging in size from $5M to over $1B in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Business Development. Mr. Goss also served as the Executive Vice President of Dataline, Inc., Vice President and General Manager for General Dynamics following its acquisition of Veridian Corporation and as CFO and CIO at SIGNAL Corporation where he was instrumental in leading the acquisition of SIGNAL Corporation to Veridian. Mr. Goss is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in Accounting and a BS in Philosophy and Business Administration from American University.

Ethics and Compliance Officer
Bob Hogan has been with KPS since its founding in 2005 and has served in a variety of capacities. Mr. Hogan currently serves as the Ethics and Compliance Officer, reporting to the CEO, and responsible for the company’s ethics/compliance program. Mr. Hogan served over 28 years in the United States Navy including several shipboard engineering assignments as well as tours as Commanding Officer of Shore Intermediate Maintenance Activity (SIMA) Pearl Harbor and the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia. He retired as a Captain (O-6) in 1998. Prior to joining KPS, Mr. Hogan supported the Department of Defense in the development of new technologies. He earned his undergraduate degree from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.
